La serie de aserraderos LX50 está formada por los equipos Wood-Mizer más compactos y económicos para procesar troncos y convertirlos en madera de forma individual. El aserradero LX50SUPER permite procesar troncos de hasta 66 cm de diámetro y una longitud máxima de 3,70 m, que puede personalizarse para satisfacer las necesidades del usuario ampliando la bancada con segmentos adicionales de 1,53 m cada uno.
En el aserradero LX50SUPER, el equipamiento estándar de la bancada incluye dos soportes laterales plegables ajustados sobre una varilla, dos abrazaderas de troncos, seis secciones transversales con refuerzos y patas ajustables. Maximize sawing capacity with the rectangular saw throat design that provides the same 23-1/2” width of cut from the blade all the way up to the saw head compared to triangular designs that lose sawing width capacity the deeper you cut.

Durable Sawmill Bed with Diagonal Crossbars
The sawmill bed adds strength and durability where it counts with laser cut steel bed rails, cross sections with wide top surface areas for better weight distribution and easier log handling, and extra diagonal crossbars for additional stability. In addition, the entire sawmill bed is painted and constructed of the same premium solid steel throughout the bed to last for years, not seasons.
Saw Longer Logs with Optional Bed Extensions
Saw logs up to 12’ 5” in length with the included sawmill bed sections. Optional 5’ bed extensions are available for sawing longer lengths with no practical limit. All sawmill bed sections are modular and easily bolt together for seamless extension of your sawmill. Simplify leveling of the sawmill bed with included adjustable bed leveling feet available for each bed section.
Precision Sawing with Thin-Kerf Sawmill Blades
Engage the sawmill blade with the convenient pull handle that engages the mechanical clutch and throttles the engine at the same time. The LX50SUPER requires 132” length sawmill blades (sold separately) and it is recommended to have at least 10 sawmill blades on hand to minimize sawing downtime when sharpening blades. With the ability to saw as precise as 1/16” with the thin-kerf sawmill blade, you get the most usable lumber out of every log.
High-Performance Sawing with Blade Guide Rollers
High-performance blade guide rollers provide extra support and stability for sawmill blades to saw accurately and consistently compared to blade guide blocks. In addition to continuously feeding the blades, the blade guide rollers apply downward pressure on the blade while sawing for better cut quality. Sawmill blades run on belted 16" diameter cast iron band wheels for additional stability in the cut.
Clean Blades with Gravity-Fed Blade Lubrication
Keep the sawmill blade cool and free of pitch, sap, and sawdust while sawing with the gravity-fed blade lubrication that applies directly to the blade. A water tank conveniently located close to the operator is easy to refill and features an on/off valve for consistently distributing lubrication to the blade.

Secure Logs with 2 Quick-Set Log Clamps
Constructed of strong tube steel, two quick-set log clamps tightly fasten logs for sawing and are adjustable up/down and in/out as material is cut. Comparable plated style log clamps are lightweight and difficult to provide a safe and secure clamp on heavier logs. The log clamp uses a large acme thread screw for better durability and a clamp point block for an extra grip on a round log or squared cant. Each log clamp is able to move between other cross sections and additional log clamps are available.
Support Logs with 2 Quick-Set Side Supports
Two strong tube steel quick-set side supports are adjustable up/down to stabilize logs on the bed during loading, turning, clamping, and sawing. Each side support is mounted on the same steel bar as an adjustable log clamp for improved log stability. An additional built-in bed side support on each cross section eliminates the need for quick-lock side supports while sawing a squared cant and allows for final cuts within 1” of the bed.
Convenient Sawdust Management with Port
Keep sawdust away from the band wheels, belts, and sawmill blade with the 4” diameter sawdust port conveniently located on the opposite side of the operator. In addition, the open slots on the bottom of the saw head direct additional sawdust away from moving parts to further reduce sawdust build-up that can impact sawmill and blade performance.
